Day 1
Arriving to Tbilissi

Day 2
Tiblisi – Región de Kajetia – Tiblisi
Meeting with the guide after breakfast Today we're going to explore the most fertile and picturesque part of Georgia - Kakhetia, the region known for its wine production, which is associated with good wine and friendly hospitality. Next door are the fertile valleys and snow-capped mountain ranges of the Greater Caucasus. We'll enjoy a traditional Georgian lunch with the locals and taste the authentic flavours of freshly picked produce from the host's garden. Sit at the locals' table, share a delicious meal prepared with family recipes and unforgettable memories that will stay with you forever. Get ready to experience the life of real Georgians! We'll visit the City of Love - Signagui. At the start, we'll walk through a small, beautiful 18th-century town that will impress you with its incredible old walls and small wooden houses, decorated with carved balconies and traditional architecture. From here we have a spectacular view over the Alazani Valley and the Great Caucasus Mountains. Later, we'll visit a typical winery and taste Georgian wine made in jars according to ancient Georgian tradition - exactly this kind of wine has been prepared by Georgian peasants over the centuries. The method of making Georgian wine is included on the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Return to Tbilisi. Meals included: Breakfast / Lunch *Note: At the local family we will meet the rest of the group, who will arrive from Azerbaijan and with them we will make the journey to Georgia. *Note: If no one joins us in Azerbaijan, we will visit Tbilisi on this day and on day 3 we will visit the Kakhetia region.
Day 3
Tiblisi
We will explore the capital of Georgia - Tbilisi in all its beauty, with its narrow streets, colourful houses, carved balconies, old quarters and excellent samples of modern architecture. We started the tour from Meteji Church and enjoyed the spectacular view of the Old Town. We'll stroll through the beautiful narrow streets and visit the city's main sights. Afterwards, we'll enjoy the magnificent panorama of the Old Town and, passing the ancient Narikala Fortress, we'll visit the historic Sulphur Baths, from which the capital takes its name. We'll stroll along Rustaveli Avenue - the city's main street. *Most of the visit will be on foot. Meals included: Breakfast
Day 4
Tiblisi – Mtsjeta – Gori – Uplistsije – Gudauri
Breakfast and departure for the ancient capital and religious centre of Georgia - Mtskheta (3000 years old) and a visit to its historical sites: the ancient Jvari Monastery (6th century) and the impressive Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century), where the Mantle of Christ is buried. Both the Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Later, we'll visit the cave city of Uplistsije (1st millennium BC), which was the most important part of the famous Silk Road. Visiting this place will take you back in time. This impressive complex includes ancient dwellings, halls, temples, cellars, secret tunnels and theatres. Then we'll pass through Gori, where we'll stop for photographs near the Joseph Stalin Museum. We head north along the Georgian Military Road and enjoy the spectacular scenery of the magnificent Caucasus Mountains. Arrival in Gudauri, the famous ski resort situated 2,000 - 2,200 metres above sea level. Dinner and hotel accommodation in Gudauri. *In Uplistsije you have to walk on the stone floor, there are small slopes, stairs to go up/down and a small tunnel to go through. We recommend taking sun cream, a hat and closed shoes. Meals included: Breakfast / Dinner
Day 5
Gudauri – Stepantsminda – Tiblisi
After breakfast, we set off for Kazbegui. An impressive road along the Térek River will take us to Kazbegui (Stepantsminda) - the main town in the region. From Kazbegui, we will walk for 1.5 hours (a total of 3 hours) through beautiful valleys and forests to Guergueti, the church of the Trinity located at 2170m. above sea level. Weather permitting, you can see one of the largest glaciers in the world. One of the largest glaciers in the Caucasus - Mount Kazbegui (5047m). After this visit, walk back to Kazbegui. In the afternoon, return to Tbilisi. We'll pass the architectural complex of Ananuri and the Jinvaly water reservoir, which is astonishingly beautiful. Overnight at the hotel. Walking time in Kazbegui: ↑↓435m, 3-4 h, 7km. Note: In Kazbegui you can hire a car (4X4) to go to the Trinity Church. Meals included: Breakfast

Returning home

A minimum payment of 35 per cent of the cost of the trip is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining amount must be paid at least 45 days before the start date of the trip.
The remaining value of the trip can be paid in instalments up to 45 days before the beginning of the trip.
There is no refund of the amount paid at the time of booking, after confirmation of the trip.
Modification of the trip by the organiser:
The trip is organised with all the necessary conditions, but the organiser has the right to change the package to improve it after selling it.
In this case, the local company informs the agency and the client of the changes made. The customer accepts the changes or can cancel the trip.
Cancellation of the trip by the traveller:
The traveller has the right to cancel the confirmed trip in writing (via email). In this case, the traveller must compensate the organising agency for the following amounts:
– More than 30 days before arrival – free of charge.
– Between 29 and 20 days before arrival – 30% of the total cost
– Between 19 and 10 days before arrival – 50% of the total cost
– Between 9 and 5 days before arrival – 70% of the total amount
– 4 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total amountAfter booking the trip, the customer can change to another person if they accept all the conditions mentioned in the contract.
Cancellation of the trip by the organiser:
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the trip only for reasons of force majeure (war, terrorism, strikes, public order disturbances and adverse weather conditions), which lead to the suspension of the services of the package or which may be the cause of physical or economic risks.
If the tour package is cancelled before departure for reasons of force majeure, the customer will be reimbursed the total cost of the trip, with the exception of bank charges. If the cancellation is made after departure, the customer will be refunded the unused services.
Responsability:
The trip organiser is responsible for complying with all the conditions mentioned in the itinerary.
The organiser is responsible for sending the final voucher with all the necessary information (confirmed hotels, guide contacts, emergency number, trip details, etc.) to the travellers 15 days before arrival and for checking that all the services mentioned in the contract have been carried out during the trip.
In the event of non-compliance with the conditions, the organiser must pay compensation to the customer or offer them alternative trips.The organiser is not responsible for paying for damage or theft.
Compensation is paid for the services used, which are included in the price. The tour operator is not responsible for any delay, alteration or omission of the trip due to circumstances beyond its control.
Customer rights:
The client has the right to claim against the organiser for breach of contract. During the trip, the client can ask the agency to fulfil all the conditions. The organiser must resolve any problems immediately. If the problems are not resolved, the traveller can submit a written complaint within four weeks of departure. Service providers must respond to complaints received within one month. Complaints submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
