Admiring these incredible creatures, we were enchanted by the ever-changing landscape, the endless horizon and the beauty of Namibe. Arrival in Kolmanskop in time for our guided tour of the famous "Ghost Town", a deserted diamond city about 10 km from Luderitz. In the afternoon, visit the historic granite cross, known as the Diaz Cross, placed in the Namib sands by the Portuguese sailor Diaz when he first landed on the Namib coast centuries ago.
