Recruiting Travel Leaders

We want to find new travel leaders, who resonate with the values of Triskelion Expeditions, and who want to join our team creating unique, unforgettable trips that fit into sustainable tourism and helping communities, thus creating a positive impact on our planet.

The position of travel leader, is intended for all Portuguese citizens, living in Portugal or abroad, over 18 years old and who speak Portuguese perfectly.

Yes. You can accumulate the role of trip leader or hiking guide with other jobs, just by complying with compatibility rules. It is also expected that the leader or guide, has a minimum of 30 days available to lead trips.

No, since being a trip leader or hiking guide requires creating the routes of the places where you are going to lead the trips and therefore you need to know the place. For this reason, travel experience is indispensable.

After receiving the applications we will contact the selected candidates within 15 days. Only candidates who pass to the next stage will be contacted.
